Last updated: 29 July 2026. These terms govern use of the Studio Trace website and studio services in Brighton, United Kingdom.

Studio & eligibility

Studio Trace provides adult drawing and painting classes, workshops, and open studio sessions. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. We may refuse entry where age cannot be confirmed.

Bookings & payments

Places are confirmed when we accept your booking and, where applicable, receive payment. Fees, dates, and materials notes are confirmed by email. Cancellations and transfers follow the policy stated in your booking confirmation.

Studio conduct

Respect tutors, models, and other participants. Do not photograph models without prior studio permission. Keep the workspace tidy and follow solvent and materials guidance. We may ask someone to leave if behaviour disrupts the session.

Website

Content on this site is for general information. Timetables and fees may change. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant uninterrupted site availability.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under UK law. For studio activities, you take reasonable care with tools and materials; we maintain a tidy working space but cannot remove all risk inherent in art practice.

Intellectual property

Site text and branding belong to Studio Trace. Student artwork remains the student’s. Do not copy studio teaching materials for commercial use without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
